After a blazing start, in Cape Town (where we held a film festival) and Joburg (where we continue with Day 2 of our Youth Fest), the LiveSA #VIPYouthFest is continuing today with lots of interesting panels and performances still coming your way. There is only one place to be today and that is 73 Juta Street.
After last night’s performances with rapper Reason and poet Nova Masango, today looks to be just as exciting because we have rapper Riz Ventura on the line-up.
Africa Check will be on hand to do a review of President Jacob Zuma’s Youth Day speech – making sure that the presidents has all his facts correct. This is happening live, so feel free to pop around to see the team in action at 10am.
Throughout the day, our friends at Corruption Watch will be doing their Bride Detector test where you stand a chance of winning awesome prices and adding your name to the growing number of young people who want to #ComeClean.
We’re also screening a film by Lebogang Rasethaba called Prisoner 46764 which looks at the life of Andrew Mlangeni.
And just like yesterday, the photographic exhibition will be continuing.
You know where to be if you want to be part of the fun but also follow the proceedings of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram using the hashtag: #VIPYouthFest #VIPAgendaZA #ComeClean and #YouthCheckZA
