Sakhu Fonya (28) from Langa, Cape Town, has been living with vitiligo since his teens. But don’t feel sorry for him. The man has accepted his condition, and is living comfortably with it. In the past, curious kids would follow him around. He has had requests for modelling campaigns, and, in 2010, he wrote a book – Umlungu, about living with the disorder.
