The last thing you want to worry about this Summer is dreadful skin. Facial products are expensive and tend to cause more harm than good at times – so when you can rely on mother nature for a help, why not?
I’ve always loved Rooibos tea, and have dropped some in my bath water countless times, I’ve also added it to aqueous cream and placed the teabags on my eye lids at times.
Rooibos tea is rich in antioxidants and leaves the skin feeling soft and rejuvenated – it’s also great for acne sufferers and sun burn.
Make a cup of tea as per usual and leave the liquid to cool down before applying it to your skin, you could rinse your face with it, apply the tea mixture with cotton or add it to your bath water as suggested earlier.
The remedy is great for feet too!
