Most black people will know; Christmas means Choice Assorted and jelly and custard. In the video below, two of our contributors reminisce about the times their parents attempted to give them the Christmas they see in the movies. “My mom tried to make it seem like there was snow in the house and she used salt,” says Mayuyuka Kaunda. “My mother tried it with the gifts,” says Aseza Pupuma. “She would give us TV games every Christmas”. They then conclude the video by listing the stereotypes of black Christmas.
